Returns & refunds

We have a 7 day return policy.

After 7 days after receiving your order, no exchanges or refunds will take place.

For wigs we are happy to assist with refunds or exchanges ONLY if the following conditions are met:

• Wigs must be unworn
• Wig must not be damaged or used in any way
• The lace must be uncut
• Tag must still be intact
• You must have proof of purchase

Returns are for your own account. 

Please return the product via courier of your choice. 

First contact us via e-mail to let us know you will be returning the product so we can give you the necessary details for the courier. Our email address is [email protected]

Refunds will be done via EFT within 2-3 days after we have inspected the items returned and are happy they have met the above criteria.
